All shipping time frames are mentioned on each specific product page. Shipping rates are provided in the checkout cart. All Canadian orders will come with a tracking number. International orders under $150.00 will not be tracked unless otherwise requested from the customer. 

Tracked items lost in the mail for over 60 days are eligible to receive a exchange. (depending on item availability.   

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot replace items/exchange or refund untracked items. 

All engagement rings will have tracked shipping. Shipping costs for this service may vary depending on location.
